Return Policy
Timeframe: You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exclusions: Custom or special-order items, and products that have been installed or used, are not eligible for return.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, the reason for the return.
Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We will provide instructions on how to return the items.
Packaging: Ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm they meet our return criteria.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Custom Orders: Items that were custom-made or specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
Installed Products: Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
